We are looking for a personable, enthusiastic, and competent veterinarian to join our growing practice! Our devotion to our patients and the ability to care for a wide variety of medical conditions have made us popular. Therefore, we are a busy practice and need a Veterinarian that can multitask effectively, be resourceful, and capable of handling a high volume of medical and surgical cases.

We are an expanding practice with state of the art equipment like digital x-rays, in-house labs, electrocautery, cold laser therapy, ultrasound, digital dental X-rays, orthopedic surgical procedures, and much more available.

We have two facilities in Fontana, and we are open 6 days a week and closed on Sundays.


  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
  • License in good standing with the applicable state veterinary board
  • License with the Drug Enforcement Agency required
  • Must be USDA certified, or acquire certification 3 months from date of hire for Health Certificates
  • Experienced veterinarians preferred but recent graduates with at least 1-year experience considered


  • Proven ability to efficiently perform all basic soft tissue surgeries, including use of all standard medical instruments and equipment
  • Establish and maintain effective and good relationships with staff, volunteers and the public
  • Respect for and willingness to work with clients and their pets
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Keep precise up to date and comprehensive medical records with PAH’s computer software
  • Advise clients on the best preventative care for their pets with progress exams, annual and semi-annual visits, at home-care instructions and follow up appointments
  • Be able to see a high volume of cases in a time-effective manner
  • For us, being a team player and great communicator is extremely important
  • Client education is a big part of our practice

Schedule Requirements:

Full time preferred, but we will also consider part-time Veterinarians.
